Information collected

When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, job title, work email, company, industry, requirement description or document request, together with relevant page context, consent records and submission time. Do not submit confidential drawings, third-party personal information or proprietary technical material. Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browsers and error logs.

Purposes and basis for processing

Information is used to answer technical and commercial enquiries, handle document requests, follow up business discussions, maintain records and protect the website. The basis for processing depends on the applicable law and context, including responding to pre-contractual requests, legal obligations and legitimate business needs where permitted. Consent is obtained where required; consent to an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Access, providers and international processing

Enquiry records are limited to authorised personnel using authentication and role-based permissions. Vercel provides hosting and analytics; Neon PostgreSQL stores relevant business data, while authentication and email services support administration access and account notifications. These services and group business communications may involve processing in other countries. Service regions, processing agreements and applicable transfer safeguards must be confirmed before this review policy is formally released.

Retention and deletion

The review target for enquiry records is 24 months; an ongoing business relationship or legal obligation may justify longer retention. This target is not a statement that an automatic deletion job is currently configured. Account, security and measurement records require purpose-specific retention periods and deletion or aggregation when no longer needed.

Measurement and browser storage

Public pages use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for visits and performance. Articles also use a first-party metrics endpoint for article identifiers, dates, source categories and reading events. A random identifier in browser session storage is hashed on the server to help deduplicate counts. These measurements are not joined to enquiry records. Administration login uses authentication cookies or related session mechanisms.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser; clearing authentication storage may sign you out. A cookie-category preference panel is not currently available on this website. Consent and opt-out arrangements for non-essential measurement remain subject to review before formal release.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of or objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Security and updates

Access controls, transport protection and operational maintenance help reduce information risks, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is intended for business and professional users and does not invite submissions from children. The policy will be updated as services change; material changes require updated notices and any necessary consent before activation.
