Low-temperature and vacuum insulation systems

Choose the board, covering and finished panel around the system.

Choose SiliCore when the design needs a microporous board. Choose a VacuPanel product when a finished sealed panel is the better fit.

Low-temperature solution range

Low-temperature solutions from -70°C to +80°C.

The portfolio covers microporous core materials and finished vacuum panels. Both are intended for thermal systems where insulation depth is tightly controlled.

Share the operating temperature and available space. We will help compare a core board with a finished panel.

Space efficiency

Protect usable volume with a thinner thermal envelope.

Vacuum insulation can reach a comparable thermal target with much less build-up than common foam or wool. The saved depth remains available to the product or building.

This is a reference comparison for a finished vacuum panel. Final thickness also accounts for panel edges, ageing and the surrounding construction.

Temperature and moisture control

Maintain temperature. Reduce condensation risk.

A slim, continuous insulation layer limits heat gain into the protected space. Careful edge and vapour-control details can also reduce condensation risk in the finished construction.

Condensation control depends on continuity at the panel edges and other breaks in the thermal envelope.
