More usable volume
Reduce the space occupied by insulation in refrigerators, storage equipment, transport packaging and other constrained designs.
Rigid microporous vacuum insulation
VacuPanel delivers high thermal resistance in a slim, self-supporting panel for cold-chain, appliances and other space-constrained systems.

Space-efficient performance
The 5-50 mm panel range reduces insulation build-up and leaves more space inside the thermal envelope. Its self-supporting construction suits flat assemblies.
Reduce the space occupied by insulation in refrigerators, storage equipment, transport packaging and other constrained designs.
Lower heat gain supports extended storage cycles and more stable conditions for temperature-sensitive contents.
Select Standard or Plus, silver or white barrier finishes, customised sizes and 5-50 mm thicknesses around the panel layout.
Panel architecture
A high-barrier film encloses the reinforced microporous core and maintains the vacuum that gives the panel its low conductivity.
High-barrier film encloses and protects the vacuum system.
Reduced internal pressure limits gas-phase heat transfer through the panel.
Pyrogenic silica, an opacifier and dispersed filament reinforcement form one self-supporting core matrix.
